Donor Disclosure Requirements Federal and/or state election law may require us to collect and publicly disclose the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions to the Committee exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Automatically Collected Information When you use the Site, we automatically collect:
Log and usage data: browser type, app version, access times, pages viewed, IP address, and referring page
Device information: hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
Transactional information: donation or purchase amount, date, and related details

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation or purchase.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with (1) vendors and service providers performing work on our behalf, who may not use it for their own purposes, or (2) as required by law or legal process.
